Solo el <strong data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"343\">61% de sus v\u00edas nacionales est\u00e1n pavimentadas<\/strong> \u2014muy por debajo del promedio nacional (83%)\u2014 y apenas el <strong data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"452\" data-is-only-node=\"\">13% de sus v\u00edas departamentales y vecinales cuentan con asfalto<\/strong>, lo que <strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"509\">limita la competitividad<\/strong> de sectores como la <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"571\">miner\u00eda, el comercio y la agricultura<\/strong>. A ello se suma una <strong data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"636\">alta informalidad en el transporte (95%)<\/strong>, que incrementa los riesgos en carretera, y un <strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"726\">parque automotor en r\u00e1pido crecimiento sin expansi\u00f3n vial<\/strong>, generando m\u00e1s congesti\u00f3n y mayores costos log\u00edsticos.
