A pesar de la asignaci\u00f3n de recursos a proyectos clave como el <strong>mejoramiento del riego<\/strong> y las<strong> rutas departamentales<\/strong>, Piura enfrenta <strong>desaf\u00edos en eficiencia<\/strong>, <strong>transparencia<\/strong> y <strong>ejecuci\u00f3n de obras<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/videnzainstituto.org\/propuestasdelbicentenario\/observatorio\/#\/estado\/401\"><strong>\u00cdndice Regional de Eficiencia en la Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica (IREI)<\/strong><\/a>. As\u00ed, la preocupaci\u00f3n radica en si el aumento en el gasto realmente contribuir\u00e1 a <strong>cerrar brechas de infraestructura<\/strong> y <strong>mejorar la calidad de vida<\/strong> de la
