Aunque el GORE Cusco destaca en la etapa de ejecuci\u00f3n, especialmente en reducci\u00f3n de sobrecostos, con <strong>avances en ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestal (del 41% al 56%),<\/strong> es crucial <strong>mejorar la planificaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n para evitar la acumulaci\u00f3n de proyectos<\/strong> sin recursos disponibles.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW176161369 BCX0\"
