data-contrast=\"auto\">El Proyecto de <strong>Ley del Presupuesto P\u00fablico 2025 asigna S\/ 251,801 millones, <\/strong>destacando un<strong> incremento del 5.6%<\/strong> en el presupuesto del Gobierno Regional de <strong>Apur\u00edmac<\/strong>, que <strong>alcanza S\/ 1,522 millones.<\/strong> Aunque el gasto de capital aumenta a S\/ 391 millones, sigue siendo bajo comparado con el gasto corriente de S\/ 1,130 millones. <strong>Apur\u00edmac enfrenta desaf\u00edos en eficiencia de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, ocupando el puesto 21 de 23 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/videnzainstituto.org\/propuestasdelbicentenario\/observatorio\/#\/estado\/401\"><strong>\u00cdndice Regional de Eficiencia en la Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica (IREI).<\/strong><\/a> El Gobierno regional deber\u00e1 gestionar proyectos importantes en servicios de agua y protecci\u00f3n contra inundaciones, asegurando <strong>ingresos por canon y regal\u00edas que podr\u00edan verse
