A pesar de los intentos de formalizaci\u00f3n, el Registro Integral de Formalizaci\u00f3n Minera (<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW160283840 BCX0\">Reinfo<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160283840 BCX0\">) se ha convertido en una herramienta cuestionada, al permitir que la miner\u00eda ilegal opere bajo un aparente marco de legalidad.
